7:00 P.M. Ballroom Dancing Dance with the USA Dance, Inc. regulars until 9:30 P.M. at The Dance Space at  6004 West Broad Street St. Wear lightweight shoes that glide. 4:00P.M. Dogwood Dell Join me for the Independence Day Celebration located at Dogwood Dell Amphitheater in Byrd Park. Enjoy music and fireworks to celebrate July 4th. BAK'N DA DAY will do wop at 5pm, the Carillion Concert is at 7pm followed by The Richmond Concert Band at 7:30 culminating in the firework display. I will try to get seats in the top rows of the Amphitheater but RSVP so we can have a meeting place. Bring a chair/blanket and your picnic basket. Food and beverages will also be for sale. I met the owner last week, a really nice guy, and thought it would be a place we'd like. See the menu at popkintavern.com. They serve specialty burgers, wraps, sandwiches, pizza, several entrees and more. There's a big beer selection and other potables are available.
